Shipping Policy
We offer FREE standard shipping worldwide. Orders are processed within 48 hours.
While Slite PTY LTD is responsible for getting your order out as quickly as we possibly can, we cannot be held accountable for transit time or customs delays once the order leaves our warehouses. We will make every effort to settle the issue with the respective postal service regarding late or missing items.
Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.
Damages and Issues
We take pride in ensuring any product you purchase from Slite is of the highest quality, however, in rare circumstance, if you believe to have a faulty or damaged product we will gladly replace the faulty product.
Please email us at hello@slite.co and provide clear photographic or video evidence that shows the fault in question.
Please ensure the provided evidence shows Slite being used with the accompanying Slite wall charger and Slite USB-C cable ONLY.
